HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is a two-part addition curing RTV silicone, also called Liquid Tank Silicone , Jelly Silicone Gel and Filter Potting Silicone. It provides excellent sealing, moisture-proof, shockproof and insulation for electronics, PCBs, LCD and liquid tank HEPA filters. It bonds well to metals and plastics, cures at room or high temperature, and offers stable performance in extreme temperatures.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio thoroughly.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into liquid tank filters or electronic components.

Cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours or at 80–100℃ for 20 minutes.
