Product Overview

Liquid tank filter silicone, also known as jelly silicone or Liquid Tank Sealant , is a high-performance two-component (A/B) silicone material designed specifically for liquid tank type high-efficiency air filters and high-temperature equipment sealing. With transparent A component and blue B component (customizable color), it offers excellent environmental safety, high toughness, and superior sealing performance after curing. It is the ideal choice for potting and sealing liquid tank filters, electronic components, and power modules, widely used in optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, and high-temperature appliances like industrial ovens and induction cookers.

Product Features & Advantages

This silicone features excellent chemical stability, outstanding weather resistance, and corrosion resistance. It provides moderate hardness, good elastic recovery, and can absorb thermal expansion and contraction stress without cracking, ensuring long-term automatic sealing. Key advantages include low viscosity for easy pouring, room temperature or heat curing, strong adhesion to metals, and no oil bleeding post-curing. It is compatible with PC, PP, ABS, PVC and metal surfaces without by-products during curing.

How to Use

Thoroughly stir A and B components in their respective containers before mixing.

Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into the aluminum tank of the filter.

Curing time: 3-8 hours at room temperature; 20 minutes at 80-100℃ for faster curing.
