How to Use
Pre-Mixing Stirring: Fully stir Component A and B separately in their respective containers before mixing; if there is slight layering after storage, stir evenly (layering does not affect product performance).
Mixing Ratio: Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly to avoid uneven curing and ensure the best sealing effect.
Degassing & Pouring: Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour it directly into the aluminum tank of the liquid tank filter for seamless filling.
Curing: Cure at room temperature for 3-8 hours; it is recommended to adopt heating curing (80-100℃ for 20 minutes) in winter to shorten curing time and improve production efficiency.
