HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone , also known as Filter Potting Silicone and Liquid Tank Sealant , is a high-temperature resistant two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber . As an Addition Curing Silicone, it is safe, eco-friendly and durable, suitable for high-temperature equipment and HEPA filter sealing. Compatible with our Silicone Potting Compound and Industrial mold silicone rubber, it ensures long-term performance in harsh environments.

HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone (Product No.: Liquid Tank Filter Silicone) is a professional high-temperature resistant liquid silicone gel, composed of transparent A and blue B (customizable) components. This addition curing silicone can withstand -50℃ to 200℃ long-term, with excellent sealing and adhesion, ideal for high-temperature equipment and liquid tank HEPA filters. It integrates with our Pad Printing Silicone and Silicone raw materials for comprehensive solutions.

How to Use

1. Stir A and B separately.

2. Mix 1:1 evenly.

3. Degas 3min at 0.08MPa, pour into HEPA slot.

4. Cure at room temp or heat (80-100℃, 20min) for faster results; ensure stable temperature.

Application Scenarios

Ideal for high-temperature equipment (ovens, high-temperature air filters, induction cookers) bonding/sealing. Also used for liquid tank HEPA filters, LCD manufacturing, precision electronics (sealing, moisture-proof).
