Product Features & Advantages
This Liquid Tank Sealant provides stable chemical performance, high toughness and excellent elastic recovery. It is weather-resistant, waterproof, moisture-proof and stable under high and low temperatures without deformation. It absorbs thermal expansion stress without cracking and maintains long-term sealing. It features strong adhesion to metals and plastics, no oil exudation after curing, and no harmful byproducts during reaction.
How to Use
Stir Part A and Part B evenly in separate containers before mixing.
Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio until fully uniform.
Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into the filter aluminum tank.
Cure at room temperature, or apply heat at 80–100℃ for 20 minutes to accelerate curing in low-temperature environments.
Application Scenarios
It is mainly used for liquid tank HEPA air filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing and precision components for sealing, moisture-proof, shockproof and insulation protection.
It bonds well to aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel, and is widely applied in high-temperature ovens, air filters and induction cookers.
