HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone , also called Jelly Silicone Gel or Liquid Tank Sealant , is a two-component (A/B) sealant. It is mainly applied to liquid tank high-efficiency air filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing and precision electronic components. With features of environmental protection, high toughness, excellent sealing, good metal adhesion and high-low temperature resistance, it supports color customization, is easy to operate and meets international standards, becoming the first choice for industrial sealing and potting.

How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A and Component B in their respective containers to ensure uniformity.
2. Mix Component A and Component B at a 1:1 weight ratio and stir evenly.
3. Defoam the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then directly pour it into the aluminum tank of the liquid tank filter.
4. Maintain the specified temperature before and after curing. It vulcanizes into gel elastomer in 3-8 hours at room temperature; heating curing (80~100℃ for 20 minutes) is recommended in winter to improve efficiency and reduce production cycle.
