HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a professional two-component (A&B) liquid adhesive, commonly known as Jelly Silicone Gel or Liquid Tank Sealant. A component is transparent liquid, and B component is blue (color customizable). As a high-quality Silicone Encapsulant, it is safe, environmentally friendly, and high-toughness, with excellent sealing effect after curing. It is mainly used for sealing and moisture-proof of liquid tank type high-efficiency air filters, optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing and precision electronic components, and also for bonding and sealing of high-temperature equipment such as high-temperature ovens, induction cookers and high-temperature air filters. How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir component A and component B in their respective containers. 2. Mix component A and component B in a weight ratio of 1:1. 3. After mixing evenly, defoam at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then directly pour into the aluminum tank of the liquid tank filter. 4. Keep the temperature as specified in the technical parameters before and after curing. It can be vulcanized into gel elastomer in 3-8 hours at room temperature; heating curing is recommended in winter (20 minutes at 80-100℃) to improve efficiency.
