HONG YE SILICONE liquid tank filter silicone, also called jelly gel, is a two-component addition-curing RTV silicone gel designed for liquid tank HEPA air filters. It offers excellent sealing, shock absorption, insulation, and high- and low-temperature resistance, with strong adhesion to aluminum, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. Safe, eco-friendly, non-oozing, and easy to pour, it is widely used in electronic sealing, high-temperature equipment bonding, and industrial filtration systems.

Product Overview

Liquid Tank Filter Silicone, commonly known as jelly gel or Liquid Tank Sealant, is a two-component (A&B) RTV silicone gel from HONG YE SILICONE. Component A is transparent liquid, while Component B is customizable blue. It cures to form a flexible gel with outstanding sealing, moisture-proofing, shock absorption, and insulation properties. Ideal for liquid tank HEPA filters, electronic components, and high-temperature equipment, it delivers stable performance and reliable protection for industrial applications.

How to Use

Stir Component A and Component B separately to ensure uniformity.

Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio and blend evenly.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the liquid tank filter aluminum channel.

Cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours, or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes for faster curing.
