HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Filter Silicone, also named jelly gel or Liquid Tank Sealant, is a two-component (A&B) RTV 2 Silicone Rubber. It features safety, eco-friendliness, high toughness and excellent sealing performance after curing. Suitable for liquid tank HEPA air filters, optical electronics, and high-temperature equipment bonding, it bonds well with metals and plastics, serving as an ideal Silicone Potting Compound and sealing material for global industrial buyers.

As a professional Addition Curing Silicone product of HONG YE SILICONE, Liquid Tank Filter Silicone (also called Jelly Silicone Gel, liquid tank sealant) is composed of two components: Component A is transparent liquid, and Component B is blue (color customizable). It is specially designed for sealing, moisture-proofing and potting, widely used in liquid tank high-efficiency air filters, precision electronic components and high-temperature equipment, with stable performance and easy operation.

How to Use

1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A and Component B separately in their respective containers to ensure uniformity.

2. Mix Component A and Component B at a weight ratio of 1:1 and stir evenly.

3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour it directly into the aluminum tank of the liquid tank filter.

4. Cure at room temperature for 3-8 hours; in winter, heat curing is recommended (80-100℃ for 20 minutes) to speed up the process.
