HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a multi-scenario Addition Curing Silicone product, also known as Jelly Silicone Gel , Liquid Tank Sealant and Filter Potting Silicone. Made of high-purity Silicone raw materials, it is easy to operate for both beginners and experienced operators, with wide application scenarios. Adopting Platinum cured mold silicone technology, it is simpler to use than ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, meeting the quality standards of our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone, improving work efficiency.

Product Overview

Our Liquid Tank Silicone is a two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, with transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). It features a simple 1:1 mixing ratio and flexible curing methods, requiring no professional skills. It has strong compatibility with various metals and plastics, widely applicable to filters, electronics, high-temperature equipment and other scenarios, providing reliable sealing and protection for different products.

How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately for 1-2 minutes, no professional training required.

2. Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly until uniform.

3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into the target slot.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; heating curing can be adopted in low-temperature environments.

Application Scenarios

Suitable for liquid tank type HEPA air filters, high-efficiency air supply outlets, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, precision electronic components potting, high-temperature ovens, induction cookers and high-temperature air filters.
