Our Electronic Potting Silicone, also called Liquid Tank Silicone and Jelly Silicone Gel , is a core product of HONG YE SILICONE, consistent in quality with our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone . It consists of transparent Part A and blue Part B (color customizable), a two-component Addition curing silicone designed for sealing, moisture-proofing, shockproofing and insulation. Safe, high-toughness and oil-free after curing, it is the preferred Filter Potting Silicone for liquid tank high-efficiency air filters and electronic components.

How to Use
1. Stir Part A and Part B separately in their respective containers to avoid stratification.
2. Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until uniform.
3. Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into filter tanks or electronic components.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; use heating curing (80-100℃, 20min) in winter to shorten time.
