This flexible RTV Silicone Gel for Tank absorbs mechanical vibration and shock damage. As premium Liquid Tank Silicone and Filter Potting Silicone, it delivers stable long-term protection. Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE vibration-proof electronic potting silicone is specially developed for industrial equipment working under long-term vibration conditions. Ordinary rigid sealants easily crack and fall off under continuous mechanical shaking, while this high-toughness Liquid Tank Sealant features excellent buffer performance. The soft elastic gel effectively offsets equipment vibration, protecting filter structures and internal precision electronic components from loose damage and sealing failure.

Technical Specifications

Standard 1:1 weight mixing ratio, dual curing modes including room-temperature curing for 3-8 hours and 80-100℃ fast curing for 20 minutes. Features high elastic resilience, strong shock absorption, zero oil precipitation, non-toxic formula and 1-year sealed shelf life. It is classified as non-dangerous goods for global transportation.

This Addition Curing Silicone owns superior vibration resistance and anti-shock performance. Operation Steps

3. Perform 3-minute low-pressure vacuum defoaming treatment.

4. Pour into liquid tank filters or electronic modules and complete full curing.
