HONG YE SILICONE Low-Temp Resistant Liquid Tank Sealant is a cold-proof RTV2 Silicone Rubber for low-temperature industrial environments. This flexible Jelly Silicone Gel never hardens or cracks in cold conditions. As professional Filter Potting Silicone, it adapts to winter and cold-region production. We also supply Foamed Silicone and liquid silicone for low-temperature industrial sealing.

HONG YE SILICONE low-temperature resistant potting silicone solves the common problem of ordinary silicone hardening, brittle cracking and lost elasticity in cold weather. This high-performance Liquid Tank Adhesive maintains soft elasticity and perfect sealing performance under low-temperature working conditions. It is the ideal protective material for filter equipment and electronic devices used in cold workshops and low-temperature regions.

Technical Specifications

1:1 standard weight mixing ratio, dual curing technology. Fast heating curing in 20 minutes at 80-100℃, 3-8 hours room-temperature curing. Features low-temperature flexibility, anti-brittle cracking, zero oil leakage and 1-year sealed storage life with safe global shipping.

Product Features

This RTV Silicone Gel for Tank has outstanding low-temperature tolerance. Operation Steps

1. Stir A and B components fully to eliminate liquid precipitation.

2. Mix evenly according to 1:1 fixed weight proportion.

3. Complete 3-minute vacuum defoaming process.

4. Heat properly for faster curing in low-temperature working environments.
