Our liquid tank sealant is well-known as jelly silicone gel across the filtration industry. This two-component Filter Potting Silicone is developed for liquid tank filter sealing, also widely used in precision electronic protection. We manufacture a full lineup of industrial silicone, including professional mold making silicone for casting and molding fields.

Key Features

This product is a typical RTV 2 Silicone Rubber with moderate softness and great resilience. It is waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosive, and will not deform in extreme temperature. Cured material has stable performance and zero oil precipitation. Room temperature and heating curing are both supported.

Application Range

It bonds tightly with aluminum, stainless steel and plastic materials. Common uses include LCD production, electronic component encapsulation, high-temperature oven and induction cooker sealing. Our liquid silicone series can match various industrial usage scenarios.

Operation Procedures

Stir component A and B separately until uniform.

Mix two parts at 1:1 weight ratio.

Remove air bubbles under 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Fill into filter tanks and wait for full curing.
