The two-part RTV silicone features high elasticity, moisture-proof and high-temperature resistance. We provide full silicone product lines including RTV 2 Silicone Rubber. This Liquid Tank Adhesive is a special RTV silicone gel for liquid tank filters and electronic devices. Formulated with two components, it is non-toxic and eco-friendly. Together with our Addition Curing Silicone, it covers diverse industrial encapsulation and sealing needs, and gains wide recognition from overseas buyers.

Product Features

This silicone sealant has moderate hardness and perfect elastic recovery. It resists corrosion, water and humidity, and adapts to extreme temperature changes. Low viscosity ensures smooth pouring; it cures completely without producing any by-products, and keeps excellent sealing effect for long-term use.

Application Scenarios

Perfect for liquid tank high-efficiency filters, air outlets and electronic circuit boards. It is also used for bonding high-temperature industrial equipment. Combined with Rapid prototyping silicone, it can satisfy different production and manufacturing requirements.

Operation Steps

Fully stir Part A and Part B respectively.

Blend the two parts at 1:1 weight proportion.

Defoam for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa before pouring.

Cure naturally for 3-8 hours, or heat to 80-100℃ for fast curing within 20 minutes.
