Product Overview

This professional Liquid Tank Sealant consists of Part A transparent liquid and customizable Part B blue liquid. As a core industrial silicone material, it boasts high toughness and zero oil bleeding after curing. Matched with premium Silicone raw materials, it ensures long-term stable sealing for filtration and electronic equipment, standing out from ordinary sealing adhesives.

Product Features

The silicone has excellent chemical stability and superior weather resistance, resisting high/low temperature, corrosion and deformation. It effectively absorbs thermal expansion stress to avoid cracking with automatic sealing recovery. Low viscosity enables easy pouring, no harmful by-products are generated during curing, and it fits perfectly with metal, PC, ABS and PVC materials.

Operation Steps

1. Fully stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing; 2. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio; 3. Defoam at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes before pouring; 4. Cure 3-8 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 80-100℃ for fast molding.
