Our dual-componentsilicone Potting Compound is a multi-functional jelly gel tailored for industrial sealing and gap repairing. It has ultra-strong adhesion to metal and plastic surfaces, with soft and elastic texture after curing. It perfectly solves gaps, leakage and poor sealing problems of liquid tank filters and high-temperature equipment.

Product Features

Superior bonding performance for aluminum, stainless steel, PC and ABS materials. Soft and tough after curing, resistant to stretching and extrusion. It absorbs thermal stress to avoid cracking, with permanent waterproof and moisture-proof effects. No oil precipitation and stable performance for long-term use.

Operation Steps

1. Fully stir two components before mixing; 2. Follow 1:1 weight ratio for uniform mixing; 3. Vacuum defoam for 3 minutes; 4. Cure naturally for 3–8 hours or heat cure for rapid molding.
