Product Overview

This premium RTV Silicone Gel for Tank is a two-component sealing material consisting of transparent Part A and customizable blue Part B. As a flexible industrial sealing medium, it adopts eco-friendly formula with excellent toughness. Unlike rigid sealants, it rebounds automatically after extrusion and temperature change, maintaining zero-gap sealing for liquid tank filters permanently.

Operation Steps

1. Stir Part A and Part B uniformly in separate containers;

2. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio;

3. Perform 3-minute defoaming under 0.08MPa vacuum;

4. Cure 3-8 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 80-100℃ for fast curing.
