HONG YE SILICONE This low-temperature fast-curing Liquid Tank Silicone solves slow curing problems in cold winter workshops. The dual-component RTV jelly gel features stable molding at low ambient temperature while retaining excellent sealing and waterproof performance. Supported by our liquid Pad Printing Silicone, epoxy potting resin andsilicone sponge, it ensures uninterrupted filter production in low-temperature seasons.

Traditional potting silicone cures extremely slowly in winter, while our customized formula realizes efficient low-temperature curing. With eco-friendly, high-toughness features, it is specially developed for liquid tank filter batch production in cold regions.

Product Features

Excellent low-temperature curing activity, no delayed molding in cold workshops. Low viscosity for easy pouring and defoaming. No oil bleeding and no curing by-products. It maintains stable elasticity, waterproof and insulation performance, and fits perfectly with metal and plastic filter frame materials.

Operation Steps

1. Stir Part A and Part B fully before mixing;

2. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio;

3. Defoam 3 minutes under 0.08MPa;

4. Realize natural fast curing at low temperature or rapid heating curing.
