HONG YE SILICONE All-weather weatherproof Silicone Encapsulant is designed for outdoor industrial liquid tank filters exposed to wind, rain and temperature extremes. It features UV resistance, waterproofing and anti-aging performance. Cooperating with Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, Human Body Silicone and Silicone Sponge, it delivers long-term outdoor sealing reliability.

Product Overview

This outdoor-grade Jelly Silicone Gel is a dual-component RTV sealing material built for harsh open-air environments. Ordinary indoor silicone ages quickly under UV and rain erosion. Our upgraded weather-resistant formula maintains stable sealing performance throughout all seasons for outdoor filtration units.

Product Features

Powerful UV resistance and anti-aging performance, no yellowing or cracking outdoors. Excellent waterproof and frost-resistant properties. Flexible thermal stress buffer, stable performance in high temperature, low temperature and rainy environments.

Operation Steps

1. Stir A and B components uniformly;

2. Mix at 1:1 weight ratio;

3. Defoam for 3 minutes under vacuum;

4. Cure naturally or with heating for outdoor durable sealing.
