HOG YE SILICONE This high-bonding Liquid Tank Adhesive is specially formulated for aluminum frame liquid tank filters. It delivers ultra-strong adhesion on aluminum, stainless steel and galvanized metal without degumming. Combined with Liquid Mold Silicone, Foaming Silicone Rubber and RTV Pad Printing Silicone, it provides permanent metal sealing solutions for filter manufacturing plants.

Product Overview

This professional Filter Potting Silicone is a two-component jelly silicone optimized for metal filter frames. Many ordinary potting silicones fail to bond tightly with aluminum materials, causing edge leakage. Our upgraded formula features excellent metal wetting ability, forming tight, non-peeling sealing layers for long-term filter operation.

Product Features

Superior adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel and galvanized sheets. Low viscosity for full gap penetration. Flexible after curing to absorb thermal expansion stress. Zero oil bleeding, no curing by-products, excellent waterproof and insulation performance for metal-based filtration equipment.

Operation Steps

1. Stir Part A and Part B thoroughly before mixing;

2. Mix at 1:1 weight ratio;

3. Defoam for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa vacuum;

4. Cure 3–8 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 80–100℃.

Application Scenarios

Ideal for aluminum alloy liquid tank high-efficiency filters and metal-frame air supply outlets. It is also widely used for metal-based high-temperature equipment bonding, sealing and gap repairing.
