Product Overview

Our Jelly Silicone Gel is a specialized RTV dual-component material for liquid tank high-efficiency air filters. With transparent Part A and customizable colored Part B, this eco-friendly silicone features moderate hardness and excellent resilience. Different from ordinary sealants, it resists extreme temperature fluctuation and maintains consistent sealing performance year-round.

Boasts outstanding low-temperature resistance and high-temperature stability, free of deformation and cracking. Low viscosity brings effortless pouring and bubble-free molding after defoaming. No oil leakage and no chemical by-products during curing. It forms strong adhesion with stainless steel, aluminum, ABS and PVC materials for long-term tight sealing.

Operation Steps

1. Stir Part A and Part B thoroughly in separate containers; 2. Mix two components strictly at 1:1 weight ratio; 3. Defoam the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes; 4. Cure 3–8 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 80–100℃ for fast production.
