HONG YE SILICONE Our Electronic Potting Compound is two-component RTV silicone, also known as liquid tank Jelly Silicone Gel. It features eco-friendly formula, high toughness and outstanding sealing performance. Widely used for air filters, LCD devices and high-temperature equipment. We also supply Mold Making Silicone, Pad Printing Silicone and Human Body Silicone. Room & heat curing available, fully compliant with international standards, supporting color customization for global industrial buyers.

Product Overview

This Silicone Potting Compound is a dual-component sealing material, commonly called jelly silicone or Liquid Tank Sealant. It consists of Part A (transparent liquid) and Part B (standard blue liquid). As a core product alongside liquid silicone, it delivers safe, eco-friendly performance and excellent resilience, ideal for sealing and encapsulation jobs across multiple industries.

Product Features

This encapsulation adhesive boasts stable chemical properties, great weather resistance and strong waterproof performance. It tolerates high and low temperature without deformation, and relieves stress from thermal expansion to prevent cracking. It features low viscosity for easy pouring, no oil bleeding after curing, and no harmful by-products during reaction. It bonds firmly with metal, PC, ABS, PVC and other common materials.

Application Scenarios

It is mainly applied to liquid tank high-efficiency air filters, LCD production lines and precision electronic components. It also serves for bonding and sealing of high-temperature ovens, induction cookers and hot air filters. Matched with our industrial Mold Silicone , it can build complete silicone solution for electronic and filtration industries.

Operation Steps

Stir Part A and Part B evenly separately before mixing.

Mix two components strictly at 1:1 weight ratio.

Defoam the mixture under 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly.

Cure at room temperature for 3-8 hours; accelerate curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes.
