HONG YE SILICONE clean-room Liquid Tank Silicone is a high-purity RTV-2 sealing material developed specifically for high-standard dust-free purification environments. Formulated with imported eco-friendly silicone raw materials, it includes transparent Part A and customizable colored Part B with a strict 1:1 mixing ratio. Different from ordinary industrial sealants, thisfilter potting silicone releases no harmful substances during curing and long-term operation. Matched with our Industrial mold silicone rubber series, it provides ultra-clean, long-life sealing protection for liquid tank HEPA filters and precision electronic equipment without causing secondary workshop pollution.

Product Features

Ultra-low VOC formula ensures zero odor and zero volatile precipitation, fully adapting to closed dust-free workshops. Uniform low viscosity enables effortless pouring and full filling of tiny filter grooves without residual bubbles. Dual curing modes support flexible production scheduling for manual and automated lines. Outstanding material compatibility bonds firmly with aluminum, stainless steel, ABS and PC frames. Cured gel retains soft elasticity, resisting thermal expansion stress and maintaining permanent tight sealing without cracking or aging.

Operation Guide

Stir Part A and Part B individually to eliminate stratification before mixing. Combine the two components precisely at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly. Perform vacuum defoaming at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove micro bubbles. Pour evenly into filter liquid tanks; cure 3–8 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 80–100℃ for fast production molding.
