-60°C Cold-Resistant Robot Skin Silicone Keeps

This product stays soft and flexible even at -60°C. After long storage in extreme cold, it does not harden, crack or lose elasticity when joints move. The material also resists repeated thermal cycling between -60°C and 200°C, so it performs reliably whether the robot moves between a warm room and a cold warehouse or works outdoors in winter.

Unlike early cold-resistant silicones that felt unnatural or oily, Hong Ye Jie's optimized formula keeps a realistic bionic skin touch. Hardness is adjustable from 0A to 25A, supporting vacuum pouring for large outer shells and thin brush coating for facial and fingertip details. The platinum-cure system is non-toxic and meets RoHS and REACH standards.
