Standard 30 Shore A heads contact only the flat area, leaving faded edges, broken lines or missing ink in recessed positions. HY-916 Formula Response

Hongyejie R&D engineered HY-916 specifically for this gap. Hardness is set to 14 Shore A so the head deforms like soft rubber and follows curved contours naturally. Elongation reaches 570%, letting the head snap back after every press instead of accumulating permanent set. Rather than trading strength for softness, HY-916 holds tear strength at 25 kN/m, equal to the 30 Shore A HY-912.

Three Working Advantages

Conformity lets the head enter recesses rigid heads cannot reach and transfer logos to curved bottoms. Elasticity from 570% elongation prevents pattern drift over long runs. Durability from 25 kN/m tear keeps the soft head intact under high frequency pressing, matching standard grades in head change interval.

Field Test Outcome

A toy factory trial compared standard heads on ball shaped toys. About 15% of the circular logo came out incomplete. After switching to HY-916 at the same pressure, pattern completeness exceeded 99 percent. Head life matched standard grades, with no early tearing.

When to Use HY-916
