How to Use
Mold Preparation: Thoroughly clean the printing head mold, dry completely, and apply a release agent for easy demolding.
Mix Components: Combine Liquid Pad Printing Silicone with silicone oil (ratio adjusted for desired hardness) and stir evenly. Add 2%–3% curing agent (based on total weight) and mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes.
Pour & Cure: Slowly pour the mixture into the mold, cover with a plate, and let cure at room temperature for 3–4 hours.
