How to Use
1. Fully clean the internal surface of the pad head mold, evenly apply release agent, and place the mold on a flat and stable platform.
2. Mix pad printing silicone and silicone oil according to the industrial standard ratio, add curing agent and stir thoroughly until homogeneous.
3. Slowly pour the prepared Liquid Pad Printing Silicone mixture into the mold to prevent bubble generation.
4. Cover the mold with a flat board and demold after 3-4 hours of complete curing.
5. Select pad hardness and size scientifically: use large and soft pads for large thick patterns, and small elastic pads for ultra-fine tiny patterns to ensure precise transfer.
