HONG YE SILICONE’s Electronic Potting Silicone for Railway Electronics (Models HY-9055/HY-9045) is a high-performance two-component Silicone Encapsulant tailored for railway electronic components. It is liquid before curing, forming a flexible rubber after curing with excellent shock resistance. Available in addition and condensation curing types, it features non-exothermic curing, low shrinkage, and extreme temperature resistance (-60℃), complying with ISO9001, CE and railway industry standards. As a core railway-grade product of HONG YE SILICONE, our Electronic Potting Silicone (also called Silicone Potting Compound or Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive) is engineered to protect sensitive railway electronic components. 4. Potting & curing: Pour defoamed glue into railway electronic components, cure at room or elevated temperature; enter next process after basic curing, full curing in 24 hours.
