HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Silicone for Wireless Chargers, also called Thermally Conductive Potting Compound and Silicone Encapsulant, is a professional two-component addition-curing RTV silicone. It is specially developed for wireless charger manufacturing, integrating thermal conductivity, flame retardancy, insulation, waterproofing, and shock resistance. With low viscosity and excellent fluidity, it can fully fill tiny gaps of wireless charger components, forming a soft rubber-like protective layer after curing to extend product service life.

Technical Specifications
Based on model HY-9315 (customizable): Mixing ratio (A:B) 1:1 (weight), mixed viscosity 500±100 cps, operable time 0.5-2 hours (room temperature). Curing time: 4-5 hours at room temperature, 20 minutes at 80℃. Cured hardness: 15±5 Shore A, dielectric strength ≥25 kV/mm, volume resistivity ≥1.0×10¹⁶ Ω·cm, flame retardancy UL94-V0.
How to Use
- Stir Part A and Part B thoroughly in their respective containers before mixing to ensure uniform dispersion of fillers.
- Mix Part A and Part B strictly at a weight ratio of 1:1, stirring evenly.
- Defoam the mixed liquid if needed: put it into a vacuum container and defoam at 0.08MPa for 5 minutes, then pour it into wireless charger components.
- Cure at room temperature (4-5 hours) or by heating (20 minutes at 80℃); thick application may require longer curing time.
