HY-9325 is a two-component, room-temperature vulcanizing electronic potting silicone specially developed for traffic light systems, outdoor LED displays and electrical modules. It delivers reliable waterproofing, insulation and protection for circuit boards and electronic components. With low viscosity, fast deep curing at room temperature and excellent adhesion to PC, PP, ABS, PVC and metals, this Silicone Potting Compound ensures stable performance in harsh outdoor environments. It features UL94-V1 flame retardancy, high dielectric strength and volume resistivity, fully compliant with EU RoHS directives. Supported by HONG YE SILICONE’s mature production and quality control, HY-9325 is widely used in electronic encapsulation for transportation electronics and industrial electrical applications.

Product Overview

HY-9325 is a professional Electronic Potting Compound designed for long-term protection of traffic light systems and outdoor electronic equipment. As a two-component RTV silicone, it forms a durable protective layer with excellent bonding to various plastics and metal surfaces. Silicone raw materials, Silicone Encapsulant, It provides stable waterproof, insulation, shock absorption and anti-aging performance, ensuring safe and reliable operation of electronic components in outdoor environments. This product fully meets EU RoHS requirements and is ideal for industrial assembly and mass production.

How to Use

1. Stir Component A evenly and shake Component B fully before mixing.
2. Mix Component A and Component B at a 1:1 weight ratio.
3. Degas the mixture at 0.08 MPa for about 3 minutes if needed.
4. Pour the mixed silicone and cure at room temperature. Full cure takes 24 hours.
