HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Silicone (Model HY‑9325) is a two‑component 1:1 Silicone Potting Compound built for offshore wind turbine electronics. It provides superior waterproofing, high insulation, UL94‑V1 flame retardancy, and strong adhesion to PC, PP, ABS, PVC, and metals. With low viscosity, room‑temperature curing, and long‑term stability, it protects control modules, PCBs, and sensors from salt spray, moisture, and vibration in harsh offshore environments.

Our Electronic Potting Silicone, also known as Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive or Silicone Encapsulant, is a professional protective solution for offshore wind power equipment. As a leading manufacturer of RTV 2 Silicone Rubber and industrial silicone materials, we deliver a reliable, long‑durability formula for nacelle controls, converter modules, and sensor units. This liquid silicone cures to form a tough, flexible layer that withstands salt fog, humidity, and mechanical stress far better than standard Electronic Potting Compound.

Technical Specifications

HY‑9325 is a two‑component system with 1:1 mixing ratio. Viscosity: 500±100 cps; working time: 30–120 min; full cure: 24 h at room temperature. Cured properties: hardness 25±2 Shore A; thermal conductivity ≥0.2 W/(m·K); dielectric strength ≥25 kV/mm; volume resistivity ≥1.0×10¹⁶ Ω·cm; UL94‑V1 flame retardant. Hardness, viscosity, and open time can be customized.

  4. Pour and cure at room temperature; full cure takes about 24 hours.
