HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is a professional protective material designed for mining communication system electronics. It is a two-component liquid silicone available as Addition Curing Silicone and Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, featuring excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, thermal conductivity, flame retardancy and high insulation. This two-component Electronic Potting Compound is available in addition and condensation curing types. It has a wide temperature tolerance of -60℃ to 220℃, excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity, and strong adhesion to PC, PMMA, PCB, CPU and metals (aluminum, copper, stainless steel). It can be cured at room temperature or by heating, with full curing time of 24 hours. How to Use

1. Before mixing, fully stir Part A to evenly distribute settled fillers, and shake Part B thoroughly to ensure uniformity. 2. Mix Part A and Part B according to the specified weight ratio to ensure stable curing and reliable protection performance. 3. Degas if needed: Put the mixed silicone into a vacuum container, degas at 0.01MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into mining communication electronic components. 4. Cure at room temperature or by heating; basic curing completes before the next process, and full curing takes 24 hours (environment temperature and humidity affect curing effect).
