It features a wide operating temperature range of −60℃ to 220℃, low volatility, high insulation, and good thermal conductivity. It cures at room or elevated temperature, with full curing in about 24 hours. Hardness, viscosity, and working time can be customized.

How to Use
1. Stir Parts A and B separately to ensure uniform mixing. 2. Mix Part A and Part B at the recommended weight ratio. 3. Degas the mixture at 0.01 MPa for 3 minutes if needed. 4. Pour into components and cure at room temperature or with heat; full cure takes about 24 hours.
