Product Features & Advantages
- Excellent shock resistance: Cures into a soft rubber-like elastomer, absorbing vibration from train operation, protecting railway information components from damage and ensuring stable signal transmission. - Wide temperature adaptability: Operates stably from -60℃ to 220℃, adapting to extreme cold and heat in railway outdoor and on-board environments. - IP65 waterproof & UL94-V0 flame retardant: Effectively prevents water and dust intrusion, avoids fire hazards, meeting strict railway safety standards. - High thermal conductivity: Quickly dissipates heat from railway information modules, reducing overheating failures and extending service life. - Low viscosity & good fluidity: Easily fills complex railway electronic components and narrow spaces, ensuring full encapsulation. - RoHS compliance: Fully meets EU RoHS directives, conforming to international railway environmental standards, suitable for global markets. - Dual curing options: Cures at room temperature or by heating, flexible for different railway equipment production processes.
How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir Part A and Part B separately in their respective containers to ensure uniform consistency. 2. Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for uniform mixing. 3. Degas if needed: Put the mixed liquid into a vacuum container, degas at 0.08MPa for 5 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour into railway information system components. 4. Cure at room temperature (4-5 hours) or heat (80-100℃ for 15 minutes, 80℃ for 20 minutes); thicker applications may require longer curing time, especially in winter.
