HONG YE SILICONE Waterproof Insulation Electronic Potting Silicone, also known as encapsulation silicone, electronic silicone and Silicone Encapsulant, is a professional two-component RTV silicone customized for electromagnetic braking systems. It features low viscosity, rapid room-temperature deep curing, excellent waterproof and insulation performance, fully complying with EU RoHS directives. As a reliable Silicone Potting Compound, it bonds well with various materials, supports full customization to meet the strict waterproof, insulation and anti-electromagnetic interference requirements of electromagnetic braking systems.

How to Use

1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A to evenly distribute settled black pigment, and shake Component B thoroughly to ensure uniformity.
2. Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring evenly for consistent performance.
3. For our HY-9325 model, degas as needed: Stir the mixed adhesive evenly, place in a vacuum container, degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour for use.
4. It is a room-temperature curing product; place the potted components at room temperature to cure, proceed to the next process after basic curing, with full curing in 24 hours. Ambient temperature and humidity significantly affect curing speed.

After curing, it reaches 25±2 Shore A hardness, thermal conductivity ≥0.2 W/(m·K), dielectric strength ≥25 kV/mm, dielectric constant 3.0-3.3 (1.2MHz), volume resistivity ≥1.0×10¹⁶ Ω·cm and flame retardancy UL94-V1. Key parameters can be customized according to electromagnetic braking system requirements.
