HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting for Time Delay Modules is a specialized waterproof and insulating Electronic Potting Compound and Silicone Encapsulant, tailored for time delay module encapsulation. As a two-component RTV silicone made of high-purity Silicone raw materials, it features low viscosity, fast room-temperature deep curing, excellent waterproof insulation, flame retardancy (UL94-V1), strong adhesion to PC/ABS/PVC and metals, complying with EU RoHS, non-hazardous, and supporting full parameter customization (around 198 characters).

  2. Mixing: Mix Component A and Component B at a weight ratio of 1:1, stir slowly and evenly to avoid generating air bubbles; the operable time is 30-120 minutes, so use the mixed glue in time.
  3. Degassing (Optional): Put the mixed potting compound into a vacuum container, degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to completely eliminate air bubbles, then pour it into time delay module casings, ensuring full infiltration of all components.
  4. Curing: Place the encapsulated time delay module at room temperature for curing; it can enter the next process after basic curing (3-5 minutes), and achieve full curing in 24 hours. Note: Environment temperature and humidity significantly affect curing speed.
