HONG YE SILICONE’s Semi Translucent Electronic Potting Silicone is a specialized optical-grade encapsulation material featuring diffused light transmission encapsulation and partial visibility module potting functions. Available in addition and condensation curing formulas, this semi-transparent Electronic Potting Compound is designed for encapsulation, sealing and gap filling of optoelectronic components. It features excellent adhesion and thermal stability for PCB, PC, PMMA, CPU and various metal substrates including aluminum, copper and stainless steel. Cured silicone works stably at -60℃ to 220℃, absorbs thermal cycling stress, protects internal chips and bonding wires, and realizes soft light transmission without exposing core electronic structures directly.
