Product Overview
HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a high-adhesion multi-substrate bonding core product, specially developed for bonding, composite components and multi-material assembly environments. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with adhesion promoters and bonding modifiers, featuring ultra-high adhesion strength, multi-substrate compatibility, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and adhesion stability. It has an adhesion strength of ≥1.5 MPa, strong bonding with metal, plastic, glass and other substrates, no peeling, effectively solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor adhesion in multi-material assembly scenarios. Compatible with most of our industrial and composite products, it is ideal for bonding components, composite buffers and multi-substrate assembly scenarios.

How to Use
1. Clean the surface of the substrate (metal, plastic, glass) to remove oil, dust and impurities, ensure the surface is dry and clean (avoid affecting adhesion strength).
2. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, then mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles.
3. Apply the mixture between the two substrates (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), bond them tightly, foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance adhesion strength).
4. After full curing, the product has strong adhesion, no peeling, ready for use in bonding and multi-material assembly scenarios.
Application Scenarios
Focus on bonding scenarios: Multi-material composite components (paired with high-precision mold silicone), metal-plastic bonding buffers (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), glass bonding parts (paired with Liquid Tank Silicone), electronic component bonding (paired with Electronic Potting Compound), and mechanical bonding parts (paired with robot silicone). It helps composite material industry buyers improve bonding stability and product integrity.
