HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is a heat-insulating high-temperature insulation core product, specially developed for high-temperature equipment, heat insulation packaging and heat insulation environments. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with heat-insulating fillers and thermal stabilizers, featuring ultra-low thermal conductivity, effective heat insulation, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and heat insulation stability. It has a thermal conductivity of ≤0.03 W/(m·K), effective temperature isolation, heat insulation effect ≥90%, effectively solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor heat insulation in high-temperature scenarios. Compatible with most of our high-temperature and heat insulation products, it is ideal for heat insulation components, high-temperature buffers and heat insulation scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting heat insulation and high-temperature performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure heat insulation uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into heat insulation component mold (paired with high-temperature insulation silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance heat insulation performance).
4. After full curing, the product has excellent heat insulation, ready for use in high-temperature equipment and heat insulation scenarios.
