HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is a wear-resistant long service life core product, specially developed for mechanical parts, moving components and high-wear environments. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with wear-resistant fillers and anti-wear modifiers, featuring ultra-strong wear resistance, low abrasion loss, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and wear stability. It has an abrasion loss of ≤0.02 g/cm², strong resistance to friction and wear, effectively extending service life, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ quick wear in high-wear scenarios. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting wear resistance and service life).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure wear resistance uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into wear-resistant component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance wear stability).
4. After full curing, the product has excellent wear resistance, ready for use in high-wear and high-friction scenarios.
