HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a flame-retardant V0-grade high fire safety core product, specially developed for electrical equipment, building materials and high-fire-safety environments. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with environment-friendly flame retardants and fire-resistant modifiers, featuring UL94 V0 flame retardant grade, self-extinguishing, no dripping, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and flame retardant stability. It achieves self-extinguishing within 10s, no molten dripping, effectively inhibiting flame spread, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor flame retardancy in high-fire-safety scenarios. Compatible with most of our electrical and fire-safety products, it is ideal for flame-retardant components, fire-resistant buffers and high-fire-safety scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting flame retardant performance and fire safety).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure flame retardant uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into flame-retardant component mold (paired with electronic potting compound), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance flame retardant stability).
4. After full curing, the product meets UL94 V0 grade, ready for use in high-fire-safety scenarios without additional fire-proof treatment.
