HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is an anti-fungal & anti-bacterial hygiene-grade core product, specially developed for medical equipment, hygiene products and high-hygiene environment scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with food-grade anti-bacterial & anti-fungal agents, featuring ultra-strong anti-bacterial and anti-fungal performance, non-toxic, odorless, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and hygiene stability. It achieves anti-bacterial rate ≥99.9% against common bacteria (E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus) and anti-fungal grade 0 (no fungal growth), effectively inhibiting bacterial and fungal reproduction, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ bacterial growth in high-hygiene scenarios. Compatible with most of our medical and hygiene products, it is ideal for anti-bacterial components, hygiene buffers and high-hygiene environment scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately in a sterile environment to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting anti-bacterial & anti-fungal performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform hygiene performance and closed-cell structure, no bacterial hiding).
3. Pour the mixture into anti-bacterial component mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance hygiene stability).
4. After full curing, disinfect the product (121℃, 30min), test anti-bacterial rate (≥99.9%) to confirm qualification, then use in high-hygiene scenarios.
