HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is an anti-fungal mold-resistant core product, specially developed for humid environments, medical equipment and anti-fungal scenarios. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting anti-fungal performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform anti-fungal performance and closed-cell structure, no mold breeding).
3. Pour the mixture into anti-fungal component mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance anti-fungal stability).
4. After full curing, conduct 28-day humid environment test (no mold growth) to confirm qualification, then use in humid and anti-fungal scenarios.
