HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is a UL94 V0 flame retardant core product, specially developed for flame-retardant equipment, high-risk fire scenarios and flame-retardant components. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with flame retardants and anti-dripping modifiers, featuring UL94 V0 flame retardant grade, self-extinguishing within 10 seconds, no dripping, no molten dripping, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and flame retardant stability. It effectively prevents fire spread, reduces fire hazards, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor flame retardancy in high-risk fire scenarios. Compatible with most of our flame-retardant products, it is ideal for flame-retardant components, fire-safe buffers and high-risk scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting flame retardant performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform flame retardancy and closed-cell structure, no flame penetration).
3. Pour the mixture into flame-retardant component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance flame retardant stability).
4. After full curing, conduct UL94 V0 flame test (self-extinguishing ≤10s, no dripping) to confirm qualification, then use in flame-retardant and high-risk scenarios.
