HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a high abrasion resistant core product, specially developed for high-wear components, friction parts and abrasion-resistant scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with wear-resistant modifiers and reinforcing fillers, featuring ultra-strong abrasion resistance, wear-resistant, durable, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and wear stability. It has a wear volume of ≤0.1 cm³/1000 cycles, no wear deformation, effectively resisting friction and wear, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor wear resistance in high-friction scenarios. Compatible with most of our wear-resistant products, it is ideal for abrasion-resistant components, high-wear buffers and friction scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting abrasion resistance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform abrasion resistance and closed-cell structure, uniform wear).
3. Pour the mixture into abrasion-resistant component mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance wear stability).
4. After full curing, test wear volume (≤0.1 cm³/1000 cycles) to confirm qualification, then use in high-wear and friction scenarios.
