HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is a high flowability easy-molding core product, specially developed for complex-shaped components, precision casting and high-flow scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with flowability modifiers and low-viscosity raw materials, featuring ultra-high flowability, low viscosity, easy casting, easy molding, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and flow stability. It has a viscosity of ≤5000 mPa·s, good fluidity, can fill complex mold gaps, effectively realizing precision molding of complex components, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor flowability in complex molding scenarios. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting flowability and molding effect).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform flowability and closed-cell structure, no molding defects).
3. Pour the mixture into complex-shaped mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), rely on its high flowability to fill mold gaps, foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance molding stability).
4. After full curing, demold and check for molding defects, confirm qualification, then use in complex molding and precision casting scenarios.
