HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a universal chemical resistant core product, specially developed for chemical contact equipment, corrosive environment components and chemical-resistant scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with chemical-resistant modifiers and anti-corrosion agents, featuring ultra-strong universal chemical resistance, resistant to weak acids, weak alkalis, common solvents, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and chemical stability. It has no corrosion, no swelling, no performance degradation after chemical contact, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor chemical resistance in corrosive scenarios. Compatible with most of our chemical-resistant products, it is ideal for chemical-resistant components, corrosion-resistant buffers and chemical contact scenarios.
