Standard Operation Steps

1. Fully stir component A and component B separately before use to dissolve material precipitation caused by long-time storage.
2. Mix A and B liquid silicone foam strictly at a 1:1 ratio and stir evenly for 2-3 minutes.
3. Conduct vacuum defoaming treatment for mixed silicone and use it quickly to avoid premature gel.
4. Finish pouring and foaming molding to obtain stable cured foam.

A1: Avoid direct sunlight exposure and high-temperature baking. Do not let it contact sulfur, phosphorus, tin, heavy metal substances and water, which will result in curing failure.
