Product Overview

Our HYE series skin-safe silicone is a high-end Platinum cured Mold Silicone , serving as core Silicone raw materials for custom medical prosthetic modeling (not finished prosthetics). As RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, it has fluid Component A (base) and Component B (curing agent). This Addition curing silicone turns from low-viscosity liquid to soft elastic material after curing, accurately replicating human skin’s softness, color and touch, meeting strict international body-contact standards to address procurement concerns of accuracy and safety.

Technical Specifications

This Medical Grade Body Silicone adopts platinum addition curing, curable at 25℃/77℉ (room temperature) or with heat. It has low viscosity for bubble-free use, ≤0.3% shrinkage, adjustable hardness (0-20 Shore 00), tensile strength ≥3.5 MPa, tear strength ≥15 kN/m, and temperature resistance (-50℃ to 200℃). It meets FDA food grade, skin-safe and RTV 2 silicone rubber standards, ensuring modeling accuracy and stability for mass production.

How to Use

1. Clean mold surface to remove dust. 2. Mix Component A and B evenly (1:1 or 10:1 ratio; manual for small batches, mechanical for large batches). 3. Pour slowly to avoid bubbles; degas if needed. 4. Cure at room temperature (4-6 hours) or 60℃ (1 hour) until elastic. 5. Demold and finish to meet precision requirements.
